  • Mop or vacuum the kitchen floor.

  • Dust and vacuum kitchen area rug(s).

  • Wash and disinfect kitchen countertops & backsplash.

  • Clean kitchen doors (inside and out) and door handles; outside based on weather conditions.

  • Scrub and sanitize the kitchen sink and faucet.

  • Wash top surfaces of all appliances, including stove, hood, fridge, and dishwasher.

  • Thoroughly clean microwave, inside and out.

  • Wipe down kitchen table(s) and chairs.

  • Remove cobwebs.

  • Spot clean and wipe kitchen cabinets.

  • Clean and wipe windowsills.

  • Wipe down baseboards.

  • Empty trash cans and wastebaskets.

  • Clean light switches and electrical outlets.

Bathroom

  • Clean and sanitize toilets.

  • Clean vanity sink.

  • Clean bathroom cabinet exteriors.

  • Clean and sanitize bathroom sinks and faucets.

  • Clean and sanitize tubs and shower enclosures.

  • Neatly fold and organize bathroom towels.

  • Sanitize and vacuum/mop bathroom floors.

  • Remove cobwebs.

  • Wash baseboards.

  • Empty wastebaskets.

Living, Dining Room & Bedroom

  • Ceiling fan blades within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed or wiped)

  • Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed in place/not removed)

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Blinds & shutters (vacuumed, not washed)

  • Moldings, woodwork, window sills, & lock ledges (hand washed or wiped)

  • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped)

  • Pictures & knick-knacks (hand wiped)

  • Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)

  • Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs)

  • Beds made, 1 set of sheets changed

  • Stairs (vacuumed)

What we DON'T clean and do.

  • Hand wash clothing.

  • We do not scrape off paint.

  • Clean up pest droppings (pigeons, mice, vermin, etc.)

  • Stand on Kitchen counters to clean the top of cabinets

  • Spaces under furniture/sofas unreachable by vacuum.

  • Clean a home that has severe mold or mildew problems.

  • Under heavy furniture. (Lift or move items over 20lb – 9kg)

  • We do not climb higher then two-step ladder; higher items will be dusted with an extension duster.

  • For health reasons, we WILL NOT clean blood, feces, vomit or urine from neither humans nor animals.

  • Clean a home with excessive clutter (hoarding) where it poses a danger to the cleaning tech team
